Tolu Afilaka is a Nigerian entrepreneur, media executive, investor, speaker, comedian, storyteller and creator who builds platforms that shape culture and amplify African voices.
He hosts That’s My Time with Tolu Afilaka and Sound Minds Podcast, conversations that have generated over 4 million YouTube views, 714,000+ watch hours and a community of 22,000+ subscribers across 82 countries. He served as CEO of Joy, Inc., supporting platforms such as #WithChude, and now drives creative and commercial development as Creative Business Manager of Café One Studios. He also advises founders on growth and brand positioning and performs as a stand-up comedian.

Early Bird is the first fifty seats, at the lowest price they will ever be. The remaining ticket types open once those fifty are gone. Prices themselves never change — each ticket costs the same from now until sales close. What runs out is the Early Bird allocation.
Yes. Your ticket code appears on screen the moment payment clears, and a copy is emailed to you. Save the code either way — you can be admitted with it even if your phone battery dies.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is confirmed. Please make sure you are free on 17 October before buying.
If we cancel or move the show, you choose. Take a credit for the full amount you paid — processing fee included — toward the new date, or take a refund of the ticket price. The processing fee cannot be returned in a refund because Paystack keeps it whether or not the show goes ahead; it never reaches us. Refund requests close fourteen days after any announcement, after which your ticket carries over as credit.
Each ticket carries a QR code and a short code such as FS-4M8KTQ. Staff scan the QR, or type the short code if scanning is difficult. Every ticket admits one person once.
